Bad News/Origins 2017
Hey guys,
I am afraid I am not going to be able to make Origins this year. The engine of our car, that my wife uses to commute to work, locked up. It is going to cost us about $3000 to repair/replace so I can't afford to take time off work without pay to make the con. I am sorry everyone, life sucks sometime! I will have to contact Origins but I wanted to let all of you who signed up for my games know first. Believe me, my wife and I are just as dissapointed, missed Garycon and now we have to skip Origins. Horrible year so far,
Sorry about your car! That's too bad that you can't make it. We were looking forward to playing your game at Origins.
No worries, we'll find something to do, next time. When you're car is fixed, you can come with AC to Erie PA and run your game for us... Kirk and the other 6 people signed up for your game...
Any news on us using your slot to play or should we just get our money back? How do we know where the game was to be played?
Ran your game for all registered. Plus the next day I had to run the game for the Original Ed DnD "Boothill" or some such.. Three guys showed to play.. had fun. Next time, you owe me one.
Please let Origins know you did not show and your players should get refund.. they would not believe us you did not show.
